first_imgLAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Mildred Stanfield, the mother of La Follette Mayor Mike Stanfield, passed away on Sunday.For years, Mrs. Stanfield was a regular walker at Seargeant Park and often walked from her home on West Chestnut Street to town to shop and visit.  She raised two girls and four boys and was married to the late John “Rabbit” Stanfield.Cross-Smith Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Mildred Hope Parker Stanfield was 94-years old.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 08/23/2020-5:30PM)Share this:FacebookTwitterlast_img read more
