Inc. announced that it has participated in the formation of the Agua Mansa, Bioenergy L.L.C., a Delaware company, to coordinate the development of a state-of-the-art biodiesel production facility in Riverside. As co-developers of the project, SSPC will contribute the land it has secured on which the plant will be built, in addition to its USDA subsidy for fuel produced from soybeans.
